Pro444 Terms and Conditions – Complete User Agreement for Pakistan Players

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry the specific meanings defined below:

• "Account" – the registered player account you hold with Pro444, identified by your username and linked to your verified mobile number or email address.
• "Balance" – the total PKR funds held in your Pro444 wallet at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits separately identified.
• "Bonus Funds" – any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to your account as part of a Pro444 promotion. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and are distinct from real-money funds.
• "Real-Money Funds" – PKR that you have deposited from your own Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank account, or card, or that represent confirmed winnings after wagering requirements on any associated bonus have been met.
• "Services" – all betting, gaming, and account management features available on the Pro444 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" – the total amount in bets you must place before bonus funds or associated winnings become withdrawable as real money. Expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus amount.
• "Verified Account" – an account where Pro444 has confirmed the player's identity, age, and payment method ownership through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

2Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with Pro444, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering and playing from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or third party for another person.
• You have not previously been excluded from Pro444 or had a Pro444 account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Pro444 or its affiliated companies.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account with Pro444. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If Pro444 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts except the original may be suspended immediately, all bonus credits forfeited, and any winnings generated using bonus funds in the duplicate accounts may be voided.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any of them change. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your CNIC, or a payment method not in your name — is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Pro444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Pro444 support immediately.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Pro444 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Pakistani Rupees:

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals from your Pro444 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods; Rs 2,000 for IBFT.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that matches your Pro444 registered identity.
• Your account must be verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals of real-money funds where no wagering requirement is attached are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours. Large amounts above Rs 5,00,000 may require an additional review step of up to 24 hours.
• Any active bonus funds in your account at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited if you have not yet met the associated wagering requirement and choose to withdraw before doing so.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

Pro444 is required to verify player identities before processing withdrawals. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and, in some cases, a selfie or a recent bank statement. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not optional. Accounts that do not complete verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal pending indefinitely until documents are provided.

4Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers on Pro444 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one verified account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless the promotion specifies a different expiry window.
• Free spins are typically valid for 7 days from the date of credit. Winnings from free spins are credited as real money with no additional wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.
• Pro444 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be used in combination with each other unless a promotion explicitly states that stacking is permitted.

4.2 Wagering Requirements Explained

A wagering requirement of, for example, 20x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 20,000 in bets before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide on Pro444: sports bets contribute 100%; crash games contribute 100%; slots contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 20%; poker does not contribute toward bonus wagering.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on Pro444 are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a "Bet Accepted" confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Pro444 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a specific reason, including where the platform determines that a betting pattern indicates an attempt to exploit pricing errors.

5.2 Odds and Market Changes

All published odds are subject to change up to the moment your bet is confirmed. For in-play (live) betting on cricket, esports, and other sports, odds update continuously during the event. The odds you see displayed are the available odds at that moment — by the time you tap "Place Bet", odds may have changed. If they have moved significantly, Pro444 will present the updated odds to you and ask you to confirm before the bet is placed.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and your stake refunded in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• The market is clearly listed with an incorrect price due to a manifest pricing error.
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded (late bet acceptance due to a technical fault).
• Pro444 determines that the bet was placed using information not available to the general public at the time of placement (insider information).

5.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For cricket matches on Pro444: if a match is abandoned due to rain or a no-result is declared, most match-winner markets will be settled as void and stakes returned. Over-by-over and ball-by-ball markets settle on the actual deliveries bowled. PSL and other domestic competition rules follow the official tournament governing body's regulations where applicable. In case of any conflict between Pro444's displayed market rules and official governing body rules, Pro444's stated market rules shall take precedence for settlement purposes.

6Casino and Game Rules

6.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games on Pro444 — including slots, crash games, and virtual table games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing laboratories. The RNGs ensure that every game outcome is statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including Pro444 itself.

6.2 Jackpot Payouts

Progressive jackpots on Pro444 are accumulated from a percentage of each real-money wager placed on qualifying jackpot slot titles. Jackpot wins are independently verified before payout. In the event of a technical malfunction during a jackpot game that causes an erroneous jackpot display or trigger, Pro444 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and refund the stake. Large jackpot wins above Rs 50,00,000 may be paid in scheduled instalments — you will be notified of the schedule at the time of the win.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed from third-party studio providers. The rules of each live casino game — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, and Roulette — are governed by the rules displayed within each game and are the responsibility of the game studio provider. Pro444 is not responsible for interruptions in live casino streams caused by the third-party provider's technical infrastructure. In the event of a disconnection mid-hand, the game studio's own void policy applies.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pro444 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or exploit any promotion more than once.
• Placing bets using a payment method not in your own name.
• Colluding with other players in poker games or any competitive game format on the platform.
• Using exploits, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. If you identify a technical error that benefits you, you must notify Pro444 support immediately rather than continuing to exploit it.
• Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with Pro444 support.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing your Pro444 account via a VPN, proxy server, or any other means to misrepresent your actual location.

8Responsible Gaming

Pro444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We take our obligations to players seriously and provide the following tools to all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits – set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts – receive a notification after a set period of continuous play (30, 60, or 90 minutes).
• Cooling-Off Periods – temporarily restrict your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion – permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from all Pro444 services. This cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.
• Reality Checks – a pop-up showing your session duration and net win/loss at regular intervals during play.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the Pro444 platform — including the website design, logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content — is the intellectual property of Pro444 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Pro444 content without express written permission from the Company.

11Liability and Disputes

11.1 Limitation of Liability

Pro444 will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence by Pro444. Our total liability to you in connection with any single event shall not exceed the amount of your stake in the relevant bet or transaction.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about a settled bet, a game outcome, a bonus dispute, or any other issue, please contact Pro444 support within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be eligible for review. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. 12Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your Pro444 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification. Active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.2 Closure or Suspension by Pro444

Pro444 may suspend or close your account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or legal obligation requiring Pro444 to restrict the account.

Where an account is closed by Pro444 due to breach of Terms, any balance attributable to bonus abuse or fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Funds deposited from verified personal payment methods in your name will generally be returned, subject to Pro444's anti-money laundering obligations.

13Changes to These Terms

Pro444 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify all registered players by email (to the address on file) and by a prominent notice on the Pro444 platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing rules, or updated payment processing limits — may be made without individual notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

14Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Pro444 is licensed and incorporated. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any legal proceedings relating to your use of the Pro444 platform.

This version of the Terms is the English language version and constitutes the authoritative document. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
